1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the "Parquet Calculator" website (hereinafter "the Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please cease using the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site provides a tool for preliminary and estimated calculations of material quantities, costs, and footage for various parquet laying methods.

The calculation results are estimates and intended solely for informational planning. They do not substitute a professional measurement performed by a specialist on-site and do not constitute a commercial offer, an offer, or a final estimate.

The Site Owner is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the calculations, nor for any decisions made by the user based on the results obtained. All responsibility for final measurements and material procurement lies with the user.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to: software code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), design, visual elements (images, laying patterns), text content, structure, unique calculation algorithms, formulas, waste coefficients, and business logic, is the intellectual property of the Site Owner and is protected by copyright.

Detailed legal terms for the use of the software, including strict provisions against copying, decompiling, and commercial use, are set forth in a separate License Agreement (EULA).

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Actions

You are permitted to use the Site for its intended purpose—to perform calculations. However, you are prohibited from:

• Attempting to hack, bypass security mechanisms, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code and algorithms.
• Using automated scripts, bots, parsers, or other means for mass data collection or to create a load on the Site.
• Creating copies, clones, derivative works, or modified versions of the Site, or hosting its code or functional equivalents on other domains, subdomains, or hosting services.
• Using the Site in any way that could disrupt its operation, interfere with other users' access, or violate applicable law.

5. Data Processing and Privacy

Our approach to privacy is as transparent as possible: we do not process your personal data.

All parameters you enter (room dimensions, laying pattern, board size) are used exclusively for instant calculation in your browser's memory and are not transmitted anywhere. A detailed description of our approach to data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Contacts and Feedback

The Site provides contact information (phone number) solely for your convenience, allowing you to contact the project owner to discuss actual parquet installation services.

Telephone or other communication occurs outside the functionality of this calculator site and is governed by separate agreements between you and the specialist.

7. Final Provisions

The Site Owner reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. The current version is always published on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new version.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions.
