License Agreement (EULA)

By using the "Parquet Works" online calculator, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

1. OWNERSHIP AND PROTECTION RIGHTS

1.1. The website "calculator-parquet-works.netlify.app" (hereinafter — the "Site"), including all program code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), design, visual elements, text content, structure, algorithms, and calculation methods (hereinafter — the "Software"), is the exclusive property of the Site Owner.

1.2. The Software, algorithms for calculating the cost of parquet, adhesive, consumables, as well as the laying logic (including coefficients, formulas, and business logic) constitute a commercial secret and proprietary software of the Owner.

1.3. Any use of the Software, including accessing the Site via a web browser, is strictly on the condition of the impossibility of copying, reproduction, and modification.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Without obtaining prior written permission from the Site Owner, the User is strictly prohibited from:

• 2.1. Any copying, reproduction, modification, decompilation, disassembly, or attempts to extract the source code of the Software (including calculation logic, algorithms, formulas).
• 2.2. Creating derivative works, modifying the interface or functionality based on this Software.
• 2.3. Any commercial use, distribution, transfer, sale, lease, or other generation of profit from the Software or its parts without concluding a separate licensing agreement with the Copyright Holder.
• 2.4. Using any automated means (bots, scripts, parsers) to access, collect, or extract data from the Site.
• 2.5. Hosting the calculator or its code on other domains, subdomains, or hosting services.

3. OWNER'S RIGHTS AND LIABILITY

3.1. The Site Owner reserves the right to take legal action to hold any person who violates the terms of this Agreement liable (including civil liability, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).

3.2. Any violation of clauses 2.1-2.5 of this Agreement constitutes a violation of copyright and commercial secret rights and may result in legal prosecution with a claim for damages.

3.3. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the Site Owner and the User. The act of using the Site signifies the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

4. OTHER CONDITIONS

4.1. The Site Owner is not responsible for inaccuracies in calculations caused by technical failures or incorrect data entry by the User.

4.2. This Agreement may be amended by the Site Owner unilaterally by publishing the updated text on the Site.

4.3. The website owner is a self-employed individual (tax payer under the Professional Income Tax regime), operating in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Detailed legal information is provided to clients upon request when concluding a contract.
